Janice has worked in the executive search business since early 1997, following a career on the client side as a senior human resources executive leader.
Janice’s executive search practice continues to be defined by successful relationships and multi-year agreements with diverse client organizations, primarily in the government and broader public sector.
Janice leverages cross-sector leadership talent, recognizing the inherent values and return on investment of the intersection between private and public sectors. She has conducted assignments at the c-suite and board level, and across a broad range of functional areas.
Janice has worked with diverse selection panels, boards and committees in the design and implementation of effective and results focused executive search processes.
Janice graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Major in Marketing) and completed graduate business courses at the University of Toronto. Janice is a past Board member of Renascent and continues to serve in an advisory capacity.
