Henrik Elsig Andersen

Specializing in leadership assessment, evaluation, coaching and leadership development, Henrik has held senior management positions in international consulting firms and was a business psychologist for the Danish Defense. He has a M.Sc. in Business Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.

She holds a BA in Psychology, Economics and Law from Lund University, Sweden and a certificate from IMD, with whom she developed the ‘C-Suite Trusted Advisor’ program for Amrop University.

Mia Keinänen

Mia has a solid track record as Researcher, Post-Doctoral Fellow and Lecturer in leadership development and decision making at leading universities and research institutions in Norway, Finland and the USA. Conducting assessments across industries, she is closely involved in methodology development and validation. Mia holds a Doctorate in Human Development and Psychology and a Masters in Learning and Technology, both from Harvard University.

He holds a degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is a certified Executive Coach

David’s specialist expertise in assessing, identifying and developing talent in leaders has been built over years of senior practice in international leadership development programs, management team development and leadership assessment. A Chartered Psychologist, he also has a degree in computer system science.
