Amrop welcomes Mr. Federico Cuneo (Peru), elected to the global Management Board, and Mr. David Shaw (Canada) appointed as Vice Chair Americas.

Federico Cuneo has been a Partner of Amrop in Peru since 2005. He has twenty-five years of experience in banking, manufacturing and financial consulting, as General Manager, Managing Director and CFO in companies such as Ernst & Young, BankBoston, Sociedad Pomalca, Backus Trading, Banco Industrial del Peru and Arthur Andersen. He possesses expertise in Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development. Federico has been Chairman of Peru 2021 and Forum Empresa and Member of the Board of the Mesa de Concertación de Lucha contra la Pobreza (Executive Board of Agreement for the Fight against Poverty). Currently Federico serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Refineria La Pampilla. He is also a member of the Investment committee of Apoyo Capitales and a Member of the board of Peru 2021, IPAE and Sporting Cristal S.A.
David Shaw is the Founder and CEO of Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions, a Canadian consulting firm specializing in a strategic, solutions-based approach to assist clients in managing their human capital. Amrop Knightsbridge is the Executive Search business of KHCS. Prior to founding Knightsbridge, David was President and CEO of Pepsi Cola Canada Beverages. His career with PepsiCo spanned twenty-two years within Canada and abroad, with extensive international experience in Australia, Southeast Asia and Turkey, where he held various levels of general management responsibility. David is the former Chairman of the North York General Hospital Foundation and member of the Hospital Board of Directors, former Chairman of the Canadian Soft Drink Industry as well as the former Chair of the Stratford Chefs School. He currently sits on the Queen’s School of Business Advisory Board, the Junior Achievement of Canada Foundation Board, the Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee Inc. Board of Advisors and two publicly traded boards, Fiera Capital Corporation and Brick Brewing Co. Limited.
