Amrop announces the addition of four new Partners to its global network of Context Driven executive search consultants.

Gökhan Bozkurt joins Amrop Turkey from TurkTelecom, where he held the role of EVP Human Resources and then CEO. Previously he held senior management positions in the banking and insurance sectors, mainly for Turkish international banks and the Islamic Development Bank in Saudi Arabia. Gökhan has significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and change management, and was named Best CEO in Europe by World Finance. He also has deep Board-level experience, having held Board positions in Russia, France, Germany, Hungary, Albania and Kazakhstan.
Kristian Kragøe joins Amrop from McKinsey & Company in Stockholm and Oslo. At McKinsey, Kristian was part of the EMEA leadership team within the Marketing and Sales practice, focused on B2B Commercial Excellence programs across a broad range of industries. Previously, Kristian was part of McKinsey’s Corporate Finance practice in Stockholm. He has extensive experience working with senior executives to build the right teams to deliver on large-scale transformation programs in global organizations. At Amrop, Kristian works with clients in the high-tech, telecom, private equity, financial sector and professional services sectors.
Jadie Li has been promoted to Partner at Amrop in China. Jadie joined Amrop after a long career at Dow Chemical, where she accumulated extensive leadership experience in controllership, business finance, financial systems & work process design. She started her career as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. With experience living and working Hong Kong and Canada, Jadie has collaborated effectively across different businesses, functions and cultures, playing pivotal roles in mergers & acquisitions, new business ventures and post-M&A integration.
Nicolette Zandbergen joins Amrop from Hewitt Associates (AonHewitt), where she spent a number of years placing talent for line and staff positions. She joined Hewitt in 1994 where she held HR Consulting and Client leadership roles in Rotterdam, Chicago and Brussels. In 2005 she returned to the Netherlands to become Global Account Executive, managing a portfolio of key global clients and partnering on people issues in the areas of talent, leadership, restructuring and growth. In this context she was responsible for assignments in Europe, US, the Middle East and Asia. In 2008 Nicolette became global Partner and a member of Hewitt’s Leadership Group. Nicolette is a member of Amrop’s global Professional Services Practice.
