Françoise de Metz-Noblat started her career in Retail Banking with Société Générale before moving into executive search. She has worked as a Consultant for Heidrick & Struggles and, prior to joining Amrop, was a Partner with Odgers Berndtson in Paris, handling both local and international senior level assignments. Françoise’s areas of expertise include the Energy, Retail, Consumer/Luxury Goods as well as Healthcare industries.
Felipe Fabrega has over 30 years of diverse experience in marketing products and services for the corporate, tourism, industrial, and consumer markets as Director of Global Sales and Distribution at Copa Airlines, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Polymer Group. He is currently advisor to the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce in Panama. He was President of the Association of Airlines in Panama (ALAP) and a member of the Board of the Chamber of Tourism of Panama (CAMTUR).
Mark Hopkins spent 10 years as a Partner at Conroy Ross Partners, where he lead a successful executive search practice serving oil and gas, oil service, pipeline, construction and not-for-profit clients. Mark continues to focus in these industry sectors with Amrop Knightsbridge. Previously, Mark managed Human Resources, Safety and Corporate Services with Home Oil Company Limited, and subsequently held consulting and leadership roles with Towers Perrin and Right Management Consultants.
Prior to joining Amrop, Simon Vincent ran his own management consulting firm providing strategic marketing, human resources and organizational performance consulting services across several industry sectors in Canada, the US and South America. His career history includes over 30 years in telecommunications and global electronics, including a distinguished career with Telus Corporation where he held a variety of executive roles including Senior Vice President, Business Marketing. Simon has previous experience in executive search with Coopers & Lybrand in the engineering, natural resources and manufacturing sectors.
Catherine LeBlanc entered executive search in 1992 with Price Waterhouse Executive Search where her initial assignments were in financial services. She then spent twelve years with Conroy Ross Partners where she was involved in all aspects of the search process from business development to research, interviewing, candidate assessment and client management. Over the past 19 years, Catherine has conducted searches at executive and senior technical levels, and has built a number of leadership teams in oil and gas, manufacturing, not-for-profit and oilfield services sectors.
Benoit Dewitte has extensive business experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He has also been a consultant in change & transition management, active in both the consumer and industrial areas. Benoit has worked in executive search since 2004, and has developed expertise in the Automotive & Industrial, Financial Services and the Consumer and Retail sectors. He has also conducted numerous assignments for the public sector and for professional associations.
Ingrid Macours has a strong background in Marketing, Sales and General Management positions. Prior to joining Amrop, she held operational functions with a Benelux responsibility as well as headquarter positions with an EMEA or a global scope within the Consumer Goods sector. She has also supported various marketing and business projects as a consultant. Ingrid has international expertise in Consumer Goods and Retail, and in particular the Fashion and Luxury goods’ industries.
Stefan Nilsson started his career within the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry. At Pharmacia AB he worked in international sales & marketing and country management, before joining the executive search industry and Egon Zehnder in 1989. At Egon Zehnder, Stefan was a Consultant and Partner working on the Scandinavian team based in Copenhagen. His practice is focused mainly on executive search within the Consumer Goods and Retail, Pharma/Biotech, Medical Devices and Health Care Services sectors.
