Denise Gilroy brings sixteen years of business experience including local, national and international executive search and business development experience to the firm. Denise is an experienced recruiter at the Board, C-Suite and executive management levels, within the oil and gas, power and utility, transportation, financial and legal professional service sectors. Drawing upon Denise’s relevant financial and accounting professional services background, she leads Amrop Knightsbridge’s CFO and Finance practice for Western Canada. Previously, Denise led business development and markets for Ernst & Young’s Western Canada Audit practice. Additionally, Denise has held senior leadership roles with Deloitte, Xerox and Korn Ferry International.
Justyna Kubicka-Daab has18 years of human capital consulting and human resources management experience. Prior to joining Amrop she led the Management Audit division of the Neumann Management Institute, and Human Capital Advisory Services at Deloitte. For the last five years she was a Personnel Director at Eurozet, a multimedia holding of five commercial radio brands. Apart from a record of comprehensive and multifaceted consulting projects, Justyna has successfully managed audit and assessment processes involving over 1200 executives, mainly from banking, automotive and FMCG sectors. A graduate and then an academic at Warsaw University’s Department of Psychology, she lectured on clinical and social psychology, both at the University and at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. Justyna is also a graduate of the Course of Institutional Analysis and Development at Indiana University (Bloomington) under the supervision of Elinor Ostrom, 2009 Nobel Prize Laureate in Economics.
Myriam Larabi began her career in the global Schneider Electric organization, and later joined the solicitors firm Graeme John & Partners in the UK. Since 1993 Myriam has been active in top-level Executive Search. Her Executive Search background includes experience working with Tasa International/TMP Worldwide and Boyden France. Myriam also ran her own executive search consultancy for 6 years, working as an Associate Partner of Amrop in Switzerland. Since joining Amrop RTA in Paris, Myriam has taken responsibility for Amrop's global Automotive & Industrial practice, bringing her strong knowledge and expertise working with North and Western African markets. Myriam is fluent in French, English, Spanish, German and Arabic.
Engin Keskinel has an in-depth understanding of the Turkish financial services sector, having worked in the industry for 25 years. Before joining Amrop, Engin worked for Chemical Bank, Osmanlı Bank (Banque Paribas), WestLB, Credit Lyonnais and Credit Agricole, with 21 years at the latter three banks as Assistant General Manager responsible for Corporate and Investment Banking in Turkey. He has also worked in London for West Merchant Bank with the M&A team and as assistant project manager at ENKA Construction in Saudi Arabia. Engin has been a board member of West LB Turkey and Credit Lyonnais Turkey and a board member of the Marmara Sailing Club.
Andreas Nentwich has more than 20 years of in-depth expertise and knowledge of the Consumer Goods industry, having held various management positions in Marketing, Sales and Human Resources with Kodak, Nielsen and Nestle. He specializes in Executive Search and Human Capital Performance with a clear focus in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Industrial sectors. Andreas holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration, where he also holds a lecturing position.
Rafael Obregon is an experienced President and Chief Executive Officer with over 25 years of multicultural experience in international and Mexican companies across Latin America. His professional career includes experience working for Motorola, Quaker Oats, Kellogg, Allied Domecq, Pepsi Beverages, Casa Herradura and Grupo Gayosso / Advent International. He has been responsible for the design and development of strategic business models to build brands, optimize operational execution, generate profitability and create shareholder value. Rafael’s Executive Search practice focuses on Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Board Consulting.
